QUINT 06 Quint 06 is the first responding piece of apparatus from our station to all building fires. It is also the first responding piece to almost our entire mutual aide. This piece of apparatus is a 1995 Pierce Lance Quint with a 105-foot Aerial Device. Quint 06 is also equipped with tools and equipment for almost all situations we encounter. Quint 06 is equipped with a 2,000 gallon per minute pump that feeds all of our hand lines. Quint 06 is also equipped with a large amount of forcible entry tools, including several halogen bars, axes, pry bars, hooks, mauls, power saws and one battering ram used to force doors. In addition, Quint 06 is alsosupplemented with a full supply of ground and roof ladders; salvage equipment, overhaul equipment and a 150-foot pre-packed high-rise attack line, which connects to standpipes in tall buildings. Quint 06 has a seating capacity of ten. |

ENGINE 06-1 Engine 06-1 is the first-out piece of apparatus on all in our local except for building fires. Engine 06-1 is a 2003 Saulsbury Rescue Pumper equipped with a 1750 gallon per minute pump. It is equipped with seating for a driver, officer, and up to four other fire fighters. This Engine carries 3-½ inch and 5-inch water supply line, two 200-feet of pre-connected 2-inch attack line; two 150-feet pre-connected 1-¾-attack lines and a 200-foot one-inch booster line for small brush fires. Engine 06-1 also carries a full complement of hand tools, forcible entry equipment, power saws, fire extinguisher, gas/carbon monoxide detectors and a thermal imaging camera, which is used to detect heat. Engine 06-1 is also supplemented with ground and roof ladders. This engine also carries a foam unit used for car fires. |

ENGINE 06-2 Engine 06-2 is the second out engine in our local. Engine 06-2 is a 1981 Hahn Pumper equipped with a 1500 gallon per minute pump and a 500-gallon tank. It is equipped with seating for a driver, officer, and up to four other fire fighters. Engine 06-2 also carries a large amount of 3 ½ inch and 5-inch supply line. This engine also carries one pre-connected 2-½ inch attack line, three pre-connected 1-¾ attack lines, a 200-foot one-inch booster lines for small brush fires and a 150-foot pre-packed high-rise attack line. Engine 06-2 also carries a full complement of hand tools, forcible entry equipment, fire extinguishers and gas/carbon monoxide detectors. Engine 06-2 is also supplemented with ground and roof ladders. This engine, along like Engine 06-1, also is equipped with a foam unit used for car fires. |

MEDIC 06-7
Medic 06-7 is a 2001 Ford Horton Ambulance. This Advanced Life Support Unit (ALS) is staffed 24 hours a day seven days a week with fully trained medical personnel. An EMT employed by Collingdale Fire Company #1 and a Paramedic from Taylor Hospital staff Medic 06-7. We carry all the latest medical equipment and supplies. Medic 06-7 serves in a rotation with Medic 06-7A every two weeks, when not in use this ambulance serves as the companies third ambulance on third emergencies in the local. |

MEDIC 06-7A
Medic 06-7A is the newest Ambulance that has been added to the fleet. Medic 06-7A is a 2006 Ford E450 Lifeline Ambulance. This Advanced Life Support Unit (ALS) is staffed 24 hours a day seven days a week with fully trained medical personnel. An EMT employed by Collingdale Fire Company #1 and a Paramedic from Taylor Hospital staff Medic 06-7. We carry all the latest medical equipment and supplies. AMBULANCE 06-7B Ambulance 06-7B is our most recently purchased piece of apparatus. 06-7B is a 2004 Ford AEV Ambulance. This Basic Life Support Unit (BLS) is switched in rotation with 06-7A. This unit is used when Medic 06-7 and 06-7A are already out on emergency calls or when one of the other ambulances has to go in the shop to have maintenance done. We carry all the latest medical equipment and supplies on this ambulance. |

UTILITY 06
Utility 06 is a 2007 Ford F-350. The utility is a six person vehicle that will be used to transport firefighters to and from fire scenes. The utility will be equipped with oil dry to assist with accident cleanup as well will be used on ambulance assists.
